Job Qualifications
- No high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- No related work experience required but preferred

- Ability to perform physical tasks related to housekeeping duties
Job Duties
- Respond promptly to guest and departmental requests
- Fill cart with supplies and transport to assigned areas
- Enter guest rooms following procedures and ensure vacancy
- Replace guest amenities and supplies
- Replace dirty linens and terry with clean items
- Clean bathrooms
- Remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items
- Check all appliances and furnishings are present and in working order
- Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties
- Follow all safety and security policies
- Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Welcome and assist guests according to company standards
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Support team to reach common goals
- Adhere to quality expectations and standards
- Move, lift, and carry objects up to 25 pounds alone and over 25 pounds with assistance
- Push and pull loaded housekeeping carts over sloping and uneven surfaces
- Reach overhead and below knees including bending, twisting, pulling, stooping
- Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
