Job Requirements
- no previous cleaning experience required
- requires mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- good physical condition to walk and stand throughout the shift
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily activities
- ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during work
- availability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- ability to maintain positive and cooperative relationships with hotel departments

Job Duties
- perform various hotel cleaning services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- help with laundry and cleaning public areas as needed
- ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly and courteous service with a service plus one attitude
- maintain a positive work environment for diverse team members and guests
- work Saturdays and Sundays as required
