Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to stand or walk for entire work shift
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Positive attitude and dedication to customer service
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Must report to Executive Housekeeper or Assistant General Manager
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision

- High school education or equivalent knowledge
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- Help with laundry or cleaning public spaces as needed
