Job Requirements
- no previous cleaning experience required
- knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to walk and stand during entire shift
- capability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and squat during daily work activities
- ability to lift 25 - 35 pounds intermittently
- able to work weekends
- effective communication skills
- able to maintain positive work relationships with hotel departments

Job Duties
- maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional and positive experiences for team members and guests
- perform various hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to established standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- provide exceptional guest experience by delivering friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- help in laundry and cleaning public spaces when necessary
