Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years' experience in housekeeping or hospitality field
- Knowledge of general housekeeping procedures
- Ability to operate carpet shampoo machine, floor scrubber and tile restoration equipment
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and overtime
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- Maintain professionalism and courteousness in all interactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications

- 1-2 years' experience in housekeeping or hospitality field
- Knowledge of general housekeeping procedures
- Superior customer relations and communication ability
- Proficient in operation of tile/carpet restoration equipment
- Exhibit attention to detail
- Self-starter capable of working independently
Job Duties
- Cleaning of homes and property management units (vacuuming, mopping, changing beds, dusting, window cleaning, scrubbing kitchens and bathrooms, laundry, sweeping floors and portals, restocking amenities, disposing of trash, and other housekeeping techniques)
- Cleaning of the Commons and Plaza wing buildings (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, window cleaning, scrubbing, disposing of ashes, and other basic cleaning techniques)
- Cleaning of Restaurant area (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, window cleaning, scrubbing, moving tables and chairs, and other basic cleaning techniques)
- Floor restoration (operating carpet shampoo machine, floor scrubber, and tile restoration machinery)
- Floor maintenance (removing stains, spots, dirt, cleaning baseboards)
- Cover and assist Health Club, Recreation, F&B laundry and/or Spa Laundry as needed
- Support all Quail Run Company Policies and Procedures and adhere to legal requirements
- Work nights, weekends or overtime as required by Housekeeping Manager
- Perform housekeeping duties as required
- Notify Supervisor of problem or potential areas to address
- Exhibit professionalism, courteousness and service-oriented manner in all communications with Homeowners, Members, Tenants and Guests
