Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand for entire work shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during the workday
- Availability to work weekends especially Saturdays and Sundays
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies preferred
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Dedication to excellent customer service
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for guests and diverse team members
- Perform various cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Provide friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- Assist with laundry and cleaning public areas as needed
