Job Requirements
- no previous cleaning experience required
- requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of two years of high school
- ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend as needed
- ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during the workday
- availability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- ability to maintain positive and cooperative relationships with all hotel departments
- ability to respond quickly and efficiently to guest requests and complaints

Job Duties
- maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members

- perform various hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to established standards
- visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- provide exceptional guest experiences through friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
