Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to walk and stand throughout entire shift
- Capability to push, vacuum, reach, bend, and lift 25-35 pounds intermittently during work
- Willingness to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
Job Qualifications
- Completion of 2 years of high school or equivalent

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- May assist in laundry and cleaning public areas when needed
