Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older at time of hire
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous experience in senior living or hospitality environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude, dependability, and ability to work as part of a team
CPR and First Aid certification may be required per local or state guidelines
Must successfully pass background and drug screening
Additional pre-employment requirements such as TB test, fingerprinting, physical may apply
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs occasionally

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces to established standards
Perform laundry services as needed
Keep housekeeping carts and storage areas organized and stocked
Maintain housekeeping equipment in safe and proper working order
Provide courteous and professional customer service to residents and guests
Complete other duties as assigned by leadership
