Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older at time of hire
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous experience in senior living or hospitality environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, dependability, and ability to work as part of a team
  • CPR and First Aid certification may be required per local or state guidelines
  • Must successfully pass background and drug screening
  • Additional pre-employment requirements such as TB test, fingerprinting, physical may apply
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs occasionally

Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces to established standards
  • Perform laundry services as needed
  • Keep housekeeping carts and storage areas organized and stocked
  • Maintain housekeeping equipment in safe and proper working order
  • Provide courteous and professional customer service to residents and guests
  • Complete other duties as assigned by leadership
