Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older at time of hire
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in senior living or hospitality environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude, dependability, and ability to work as part of a team
- CPR and First Aid certification may be required per local or state guidelines
- Must successfully pass background and drug screening
- Additional pre-employment requirements such as TB test, fingerprinting, physical may apply
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs occasionally

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces to established standards
- Perform laundry services as needed
- Keep housekeeping carts and storage areas organized and stocked
- Maintain housekeeping equipment in safe and proper working order
- Provide courteous and professional customer service to residents and guests
- Complete other duties as assigned by leadership
