Job Requirements
- 1 year of relevant work experience
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds repetitively throughout the day
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, lift, push and pull frequently throughout shift
- Available to work various shifts as well as overtime and weekends as needed

Job Duties
- Responds promptly to customer's requests
- Stocks lobby restrooms with appropriate amenities during events
- Patrols front entrance, lobby and adjacent areas for litter, dirty glasses, trash, etc.
- Works evenings as coat check as needed
- Maintains guest rooms and public areas in a clean and orderly condition
- Replenishes linens and collects/disposes of soiled linens according to protocol
- Sanitizes surfaces including counters, mirrors, toilets, floors, and other areas according to standards
- Collects and disposes of trash
- Launders sheets, towels, and other applicable items
- Stocks guest rooms with appropriate amenities such as soap, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner
- Checks rooms for complete functionality and reports repairs to supervisor
- Performs inventory and maintains list of items in each room
- Communicates purchase needs to supervisor
- Communicates effectively with co-workers and hotel guests
- Performs other duties as assigned
