Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand during entire work shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily duties
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently throughout the workday
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of hotel cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Dedication to excellent customer service
- Basic education equivalent to two years of high school
- No previous cleaning experience required
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and teammates
- Ensure exceptional experiences for diverse guests and team members
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms spotless according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Provide friendly and courteous service demonstrating a Service +1 attitude
- Support positive team dynamics through cooperation and communication
