Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
- Lift, carry, push, and pull items that weigh up to 25 lbs without assistance
- Position may require background and drug screening in accordance with company policy and applicable legal requirements
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 25 lbs without assistance
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
- Complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift
- Replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
- Report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
- Fill the Housekeeping cart/caddy with all necessary supplies and chemicals, transport the cart to the rooms, and return it to the designated area at the end of the shift
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and accidents
- Welcome and greet guests, anticipate and address their needs
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contribute to team goals
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures
