Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in housekeeping and laundry services
- Ability to work in a resident-centered environment
- Desire to work with seniors
- Pass required health screenings including drug and TB tests
- Compliance with safety protocols and infection control
- Ability to engage positively with residents and team members
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and team activities

Job Duties
- Perform general housekeeping duties in resident suites, public areas, and support areas while meeting or exceeding quality standards
- Sweep, dust, mop, vacuum floors, rugs, and carpets
- Clean, sanitize, and polish bathroom fixtures
- Dust, wash, sponge mop, sanitize, and shampoo furniture and surfaces
- Knock on residents' and public restroom doors before entering to respect privacy
- Maintain equipment and supplies in clean and orderly condition
- Collect and remove trash
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, count, and stack linens according to procedures
- Inspect linens for wear and tear and handle damaged linens per protocol
- Maintain cleanliness of the commercial laundry area
- Assist Care Managers and Department Coordinators with resident care when requested
- Respond to resident requests positively and document relevant observations
- Follow safety protocols including proper storage of chemicals, fire code compliance, and PPE usage
- Participate in team meetings, training, and engagement programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
