Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to stand and walk for entire work shift
- ability to push, reach, bend, and lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
- willingness to work weekends as needed

- thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies

- ability to handle guest requests efficiently
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms according to company standards
- vacuum floors and change linens
- clean and disinfect bathrooms
- inspect rooms for maintenance issues
- provide guests with linens, towels, amenities, or information when requested
- deliver friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- assist in laundry or public area cleaning when necessary
