Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 35lbs and working in outdoor weather conditions
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Willingness to comply with the company’s smoke and tobacco-free workplace policy
- Successful completion of a background check and drug test
- Eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms
- Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required
- Deliver to our guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90 percent or above, adhering to the resort's established guidelines
- Perform room cleaning tasks including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning various areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks
- Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency
- Immediately report any Lost & Found items, adhering to established protocols to assist in guest satisfaction
- Foster a collaborative team environment and be willing to assist with other duties as necessary to support the team
- Other duties may be assigned, contributing to the overall success and excellence of our housekeeping operations
