Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Positive and solution-oriented attitude
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to stand and walk during entire shift
- Capability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend frequently
- Ability to lift 25-35 pounds intermittently during work
- Weekend availability required

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for our diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
- Conduct visual inspections of rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- Help with laundry or cleaning public areas when needed
