Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend as required by daily work activities
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during the workday
- Flexible availability including working weekends
- Willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays as needed
Job Qualifications
- Completion of at least 2 years of high school or equivalent
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Dedication to excellent customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Provide friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- Help with laundry and cleaning public spaces as needed
