Job Requirements
- no previous cleaning experience required
- requires knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to walk and stand throughout the work shift
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend regularly during work activities
- ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds occasionally
- availability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- willingness to provide excellent customer service
- ability to follow instructions
- good physical stamina

Job Duties
- maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members

- perform various hotel cleaning tasks to keep rooms clean according to established standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- deliver exceptional guest service with a friendly and courteous attitude
- adhere to hotel safety and cleanliness protocols
