Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Completion of two years of high school or equivalent education
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Dedication to excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to walk and stand for entire shifts
- Ability to push, reach, stretch, and bend
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during shifts
Job Qualifications
- Equivalent to completion of two years of high school education

- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional experiences for team members and guests
- Perform a variety of hotel cleaning services to keep rooms up to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms for maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Provide exceptional guest experiences with friendly and courteous service
- Support a positive work environment for all team members and guests
