Job Requirements
- minimum of two years of high school education or equivalent
- no previous cleaning experience required
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- capability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift 25-35 pounds intermittently during shifts
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks such as bending and reaching

Job Duties
- maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional and positive experiences for team members and guests
- perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- provide courteous and friendly service with a service plus one attitude
- help maintain a positive work environment for diverse team members and guests
