Job Requirements

  • no previous cleaning experience required
  • knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
  • ability to walk and stand throughout the work shift
  • ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend
  • ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
  • willingness to work weekends
  • report to the Executive Housekeeper or Assistant General Manager

Job Duties

  • maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
  • ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
  • perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
  • visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
  • assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
  • provide friendly and courteous service with a service plus one attitude
  • adhere to safety and cleanliness protocols
