Job Requirements
- no previous cleaning experience required
- knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- capacity to work without direct supervision
- positive and proactive attitude
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
- ability to stand and walk for entire work shifts
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, bend, and occasionally lift 25 to 35 pounds

- knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions
- positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- dedication to excellent customer service
- ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, pushing, vacuuming, reaching, stretching, bending, and lifting 25 to 35 pounds
- high school education or equivalent
- willingness to work weekends as needed
Job Duties
- maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse guests and team members
- perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to established standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- deliver friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- contribute to a positive work environment at all times
