Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Two years of high school education required
- Willingness to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends
- Ability to walk and stand throughout the shift
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
- Ability to reach, stretch, push, vacuum, and bend during daily tasks
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean per standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information when requested
- Deliver courteous, friendly service with a Service +1 attitude
- Contribute to a positive work atmosphere for all team members and guests
