Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Ability to walk and stand during entire shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during work hours
Job Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning supplies
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and cooperative team environment
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various housekeeping services to keep guest rooms clean according to standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Provide friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- Help with laundry and public area cleaning as needed
