Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- one year of housekeeping experience
- must be able to walk, twist, bend, push, kneel for most of the day
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, chemicals, and equipment
- knowledge of floor and carpet care and use of related equipment
- ability to operate heavy machinery
- valid driver’s license preferred
- respirator fit testing may be required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- minimum one year housekeeping experience
- knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment
- familiarity with floor and carpet care techniques including refinishing, scrubbing, burnishing, polishing, shampooing, and extraction
- ability to operate heavy machinery such as Bobcat, forklift, snow blowers, and plows
- valid state-issued driver’s license preferred
Job Duties
- Clean, monitor, and replenish restrooms daily including disinfecting and floor care
- replenish dispensers and report damaged units to management
- remove trash and recyclable materials as needed
- perform periodic cleaning such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing, buffing, and dusting
- conduct snow removal using shovels and powered equipment
- set up tables and chairs for functions
- move furniture as required
- operate a motor vehicle to transport garbage
- perform other related duties as assigned
