Job Requirements
- Completion of 2 years of high school or equivalent
- ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend routinely
- ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
- willingness to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- ability to follow verbal and written directions
- ability to work without direct supervision
- positive attitude and dedication to excellent customer service

Job Duties
- Perform a variety of housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information as requested
- assist in laundry and cleaning public spaces when needed
- ensure exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly service with a +1 Service Attitude
- respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
- contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for diverse team members and guests
