Job Requirements
- no previous cleaning experience required
- completion of two years of high school or equivalent
- ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during work
- ability to occasionally lift 25 to 35 pounds
- availability to work Saturdays and Sundays
- positive and proactive attitude
- commitment to excellent customer service
Job Qualifications

- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies is helpful but not required
- ability to work independently without direct supervision
Job Duties
- perform a variety of hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- help with laundry and public area cleaning when necessary
- ensure exceptional guest experience by providing friendly and courteous service with a service plus one attitude
- contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for team members and guests
- work on weekends as required
