Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- basic knowledge of cleaning products and safety standards
- ability to maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- must be able to work Monday to Friday with some Saturdays as needed
- reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies
- adherence to company policies and Tiempo Customer Service Standards
Job Qualifications
- housekeeping or cleaning experience in apartments, hotels, or private residences preferred
- ability to perform hands-on cleaning and maintenance tasks
- strong attention to detail
- dependable and punctual
- professional and courteous communication skills
- ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- maintain approved cleaning supply inventories
- ensure cleanliness and quality standards in all common areas, offices, model homes, laundries, and vacant units
- prepare units for move-in ensuring they are safe and welcoming
- support resident satisfaction by maintaining a positive living environment
- uphold Tiempo Customer Service Standards by maintaining a professional and courteous attitude
- collaborate with property management and team members to address cleaning needs promptly
- conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
