Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand throughout the entire shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch and bend during daily activities
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during the shift
- Willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to maintain positive and cooperative relationships with all hotel departments
Job Qualifications
- Completion of a minimum of two years of high school education
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Dedication to excellent customer service
- Willingness to work weekends as needed
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse guests and team
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to standards
- Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Provide friendly and courteous service delivering a Service Plus 1 attitude
- Assist with laundry and public area cleaning as needed
