- ability to perform housekeeping and laundry duties

- ability to pass a drug test and meet health and safety requirements

Job Duties
- perform general housekeeping duties in resident suites, public areas, and support areas
- perform cleaning duties according to schedule including sweeping, dusting, mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing lavatory, shower, and sink fixtures
- respect residents privacy by knocking before entering rooms
- maintain equipment and housekeeping supplies
- transport and manage clean and soiled linens
- collect trash and ensure trash areas are clean and sanitary
- collect, wash, dry, fold, count, and stack linens following approved procedures
- inspect linens for wear and tear and follow procedures for damaged linens
- maintain cleanliness and order in commercial laundry
- assist care managers with resident care when requested
- respond to resident requests and feedback
- document resident physical and behavioral changes in daily log
- ensure cleaning chemicals are stored safely
- comply with safety and risk management policies including PPE and infection control
- participate as a team member and engage in training and community meetings
- perform other duties as assigned
