Job Requirements
- Education equivalent to completion of two years of high school
- Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift
- Capacity to lift 25 - 35 pounds intermittently during work hours
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend as required
- Ability to work weekends, including Saturday and Sunday
- Previous housekeeping experience helpful but not required

Job Duties
- Perform various hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance items needed
- Assist guests by providing linens, terry, amenities, or information as requested
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude
- Maintain a clean and happy environment for guests and teammates
- Help in the laundry or clean public spaces when necessary
- Respond quickly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with a service-oriented approach
