Job Requirements
- Applicants must be 18 years or older
- previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services
- ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and pushing
- must undergo a caregiver background check and drug screen
- flu shots are required within 30 days of starting during flu season
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- ability to work well in a team

- knowledge of safe cleaning practices and infection control measures
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure a clean environment
- change bedding, make beds, and replace towels as needed
- maintain cleanliness in staff areas and public spaces within the facility
- handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely and according to facility guidelines
- ensure proper waste disposal and recycling procedures are followed
- report maintenance issues or concerns to the supervisor
- assist with special cleaning projects as needed
- adhere to all health and safety standards and infection control protocols
- work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a high level of resident satisfaction
