Job Requirements
- valid Texas Driver's License required
- previous experience as a housekeeper or janitorial position
- strong attention to detail
- ability to prioritize work organize tasks and handle all with a strong sense of urgency
- general knowledge of computers and email
- ability to work both indoors and outdoors under varying weather conditions
- physical ability to lift push pull or carry up to 50 pounds
- capability to use cleaning tools and chemicals safely
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- work with Community Manager to ensure that organizational goals are achieved while adhering to DMA community standards
- collaborate with maintenance staff to meet quality standards for the entire community including all commons areas vacant and model units
- report all safety hazards to the Community Manager immediately
- clean all vacant units monthly
- clean model units weekly
- track all supplies notifying the Community Manager when inventory is low
- work with Community Manager to repair or order cleaning equipment
- perform other duties as assigned
