Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects
  • Flexible availability for various shifts
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Must pass background check and drug screening

Job Duties

  • Exemplify at all times community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization
  • Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents
  • Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms, common areas, and other community spaces
  • Properly operate and maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols
  • Support team members in completing daily tasks efficiently
