Job Requirements
- Ability to work weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday)
- Physical ability to walk and stand during entire shift
- Capability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily duties
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during work hours
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to provide friendly, courteous guest service
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Basic education equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Prior housekeeping experience is helpful but not mandatory
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Job Duties
- Perform various hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance items needed
- Assist guests by providing linens, terry, amenities, or information as requested
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude
- Help maintain a clean and happy environment for guests and teammates
- Occasionally assist in laundry and cleaning public spaces as needed
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
