Job Requirements
- 5+ years of private home housekeeping experience
- excellent, stable work history with strong references
- legal to work in the U.S.
- good English fluency
- comfortable interacting with vendors
- physically able to manage a multi-story townhouse

Job Duties
- daily cleaning and scheduled deep cleaning of all rooms across multiple floors
- careful cleaning of staircases, high-traffic areas, and delicate finishes
- dusting all surfaces, furniture, blinds, window ledges, trim, and woodwork
- laundry: washing, folding, ironing, and wardrobe organization
- bed making and linen care
- maintaining an organized, tidy, and well-run home
- receiving and coordinating vendors or maintenance professionals
- light errands within the neighborhood (dry cleaning, small household needs)
