Job Requirements
- completion of 2 years of high school or equivalent
- no previous cleaning experience required
- ability to work independently without direct supervision
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- willingness to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- physical ability to walk and stand for whole shifts
- capacity to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, bend, and lift 25-35 pounds intermittently during work
- availability to start immediately

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- perform various hotel cleaning tasks to keep rooms clean according to established standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests with linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- ensure exceptional guest experience by providing friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- uphold a positive work environment for team members and guests
