Job Requirements
- Completion of 2 years of high school education
- Physical ability to walk and stand throughout shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, bend, and intermittently lift 25-35 pounds
- Experience in cleaning is helpful but not necessary
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service

Job Duties
- Perform various hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance items needed
- Assist guests by providing linens, terry, amenities, or information as requested
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude
- Help in the laundry and clean public spaces when necessary
- Discover and respond swiftly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
- Contribute to maintaining a positive working environment for team members and guests
