Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to lift, carry, push and pull 50 pounds
- must be able to move about the facility quickly and physically assist residents and/or staff in emergency
- must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English
- must be able to work rotating shifts and flexible schedules

Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean each resident apartment once a week as scheduled
- clean other areas of the community on a routine or as-needed basis as instructed
- vacuuming, dusting and removing resident trash
- ensure cleaning techniques and quality standards are met as instructed by Supervisor and company policy
- perform other duties as requested by Executive Director or Supervisor
