Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- Must meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test including testing for marijuana and other controlled substances
- Must adhere to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Must be able to provide safe and conscientious service to guests
- Must comply with shipboard safety and emergency procedures
- Temporary employment position not exceeding 28 weeks of shipboard work

Job Duties
- Responsible for creating and maintaining an environment that is clean, safe, and attractive for our guests
- Prioritizing comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas around the ship
- Acknowledge guests by name and kindly take action for all housekeeping-related inquiries and service requests according to American Cruise Lines’ service standards
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Organizing inventory and stocking linen and supplies
- Carefully cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment and notifying managers of necessary maintenance requests
