Job Requirements
- Education equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to walk and stand during entire work shift
- capability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
- ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
- prior cleaning experience is useful but not necessary
- ability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays

Job Duties
- Perform various hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance items needed
- assist guests by providing linens, terry, amenities, or information as requested
- ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude
- help maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and teammates
- assist in laundry and public area cleaning when necessary
- respond quickly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
