Job Requirements

  • high school education or equivalent
  • experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
  • pass Eskaton's post offer pre-employment testing including criminal background check, drug test, TB screen, and health screen
  • demonstrate reliability and strong work ethics
  • willingness to work flexible hours
  • commitment to Eskaton's values of inclusivity and community

Job Qualifications

  • high school education or vocational training preferred
  • experience in housekeeping activities and use of cleaning supplies preferred
  • ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
  • strong attention to detail
  • good physical stamina
  • good communication skills
  • willingness to comply with health and safety standards

Job Duties

  • clean the skilled nursing facility and all common areas of the facility
  • maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the facility
  • use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively
  • ensure residents’ rooms and common spaces are hygienic and orderly
  • comply with health and safety regulations
  • report maintenance issues or safety hazards
  • collaborate with team members to ensure continuous quality service
