Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize rental properties between guest stays ensuring all areas meet high cleanliness standards as set out in our Breezeway checklists
- Change linens make beds and restock essentials toiletries towels etc
- Perform routine deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Report any maintenance or inventory issues to management via Reported Issues in Breezeway
- Utilize the Breezeway app to document start and end times completion of work scheduled reported issues and photos of cleanliness
- Follow company procedures and checklists to ensure consistency and quality
