Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • must adhere to flexible scheduling including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must arrive and clock in on time for every shift
  • must clock in and out for breaks at scheduled times
  • must provide sufficient notice when calling out for a shift
  • ability to follow established guidelines and procedures

  • physical ability to perform demanding tasks such as stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
  • positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
  • effective listening and conflict resolution skills
  • clear communication abilities
  • desire to serve guests with hospitality and guest service orientation
  • ability to work well under stressful, high-pressure situations
  • age 18 years or older
  • willing to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
  • use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
  • work together with team members to contribute to guest satisfaction scores
  • handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
  • maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
  • support groups and events at the hotel
  • answer incoming calls with friendly, approved greetings
  • keep workspaces clean and organized
  • pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
  • greet guests while cleaning with a smile and name use if possible
  • complete operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
  • submit accurate and timely shift handover reports
  • wear a clean, approved uniform and smile at all times
  • communicate clearly and professionally with team members
  • demonstrate a can-do attitude to meet business and guest needs
  • collaborate to create a welcoming environment and positive workplace
  • complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and attending morning meetings
  • thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
  • perform additional cleaning projects in storage, public spaces, laundry, and deep cleaning activities as assigned
