Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial work preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
- Ability to handle physical tasks related to cleaning and laundry
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain schedules
- Physical ability to perform repetitive duties and lift household items
Job Duties
- Exemplify at all times community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization
- Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents
- Ensure laundry duties are completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment and report any maintenance or supply shortages
- Support team members and management by communicating any resident needs or concerns related to housekeeping
- Follow safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Assist with special cleaning projects or events as needed
