Job Requirements
- At least eighteen years old
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willing to work 12 hours per day, 7 days a week
- Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- Pass pre-employment drug test
- Adhere to grooming standards
- Work temporary 28-week shipboard contract
- No alcohol consumption onboard
- Ability to respond well under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Be at least eighteen years of age
- Be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- Able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Successfully pass pre-employment drug test including testing for marijuana and other controlled substances
- Comply with company grooming standards regarding visible tattoos and piercings
- Demonstrate ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude

Job Duties
- Create and maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
- Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas around the ship
- Acknowledge guests by name and handle housekeeping-related inquiries and service requests according to company service standards
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Organize inventory and stock linen and supplies
- Clean spills carefully and notify managers of maintenance needs
- Collect and dispose of trash properly
- Clean upholstered furniture and lounge spaces
- Build genuine relationships with guests and efficiently cater to housekeeping requests
- Assist with greeting guests upon embarkation and support special events such as afternoon tea and evening cocktail parties
