Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals proper storage and disposal methods
- Ability to operate standard custodial cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Reliable attendance punctuality and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferably in a medical or professional setting preferred
Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation tasks in assigned areas including sweeping mopping dusting and floor care
- Conduct high dusting and detailed cleaning of surfaces fixtures and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and properly dispose of waste materials
- Follow established cleaning schedules procedures and safety protocols
- Safely use cleaning chemicals supplies and equipment according to training and guidelines
- Maintain organized and properly stocked cleaning supply and equipment storage areas
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums floor buffers and carpet cleaners
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding cleaning needs or concerns
- Support a safe and professional work environment at all times
- Perform other related duties as assigned
