Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
- able to reach overhead and below knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, stooping
- able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- able to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 25 pounds without assistance
- pass background and drug screening as per company policy
- comply with all company policies and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to follow safety and company policies
- physical ability to perform housekeeping duties
Job Duties
- Cleans entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, bedrooms according to standards
- completes assigned rooms and tasks within scheduled shift
- replaces guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, kitchen items according to standards
- reports room status to Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
- fills housekeeping cart with necessary supplies and chemicals, transports cart to rooms, returns cart to designated area at end of shift
- follows company policies and procedures including reporting maintenance problems, safety hazards, or accidents
- welcomes and greets guests and anticipates and addresses their needs
