Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Able to lift up to 25lbs push pull cart over 200lbs
- Basic language communication skills to communicate both verbally and in writing with guests owners and co-workers and comprehend job assignments
- Physically able to work from ladders move furniture operate cleaning equipment and tolerate exposure to cleaning chemicals
- Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity cold heat dust and noise

Job Duties
- Cleans rooms including stripping dirty linens vacuuming dusting mopping washing dishes making beds cleaning bathrooms and counters replenishing linen and guest amenities moving furniture within allotted time frames
- Greets guests and responds to requests promptly with friendly genuine acknowledgment
- Provides information about resort services activities and local attractions to assist guest inquiries
- Reports deficiencies to maintain room compliance with resort standards
- Follows all safety procedures standards and acts in emergencies
- Follows key control protocol
- Maintains cleanliness of carts and ensures supplies and equipment are neat and orderly
- Secures department assets and supplies in storage areas neatly
- Assists management in inventory of linen and supplies
- Turns in lost and found items properly tagged and identified
- Assists co-workers and performs other work assignments as requested
